How to boost content authority?

Hi Guys,

I do quite a lot of SEO myself but was hoping you might be so kind to lend your expertise and tell me if you have any suggestions of how I can execute this move in a better way..

I have a social/seo/digital marketing agency in Australia which is socialgarden.com.au - I also own the domain names melbournesocialmedia.com.au, sydneysocialmedia.com.au, adelaidesocialmedia.com.au and perthsocialmedia.com.au

I`m thinking about installing a simple wordpress blog theme on each  (using separate hosting accounts for each) and getting my content team to start regularly writing some really great stuff for each site.

Now my question is, am I better off

a) Using my Google+ on these sites as well as my own to boost my authority in Googles eyes
b) Getting one of my staff members to each connect their G+ profile to one of these blogs to boost their authority and connect them to our main website as well
c) Something else?

Any feedback or suggestions on how I can most effectively make use of the awesome content writers I have and also the domain names I own to help me rank and grow my list.

You guys are rock stars!
Mike?

  • SeoWix: well.. the only thing i seem is, create unique pages on google plus for all domains and link them to your pages individually.
    Author rank comes when your individual publishers share something on your websites with their account having connected with their GPlus profile. ;
  • Michael Bird: Cheers for getting back to me!!

    So you're suggesting we create four G+ company profiles and have each author connect personal G+ to one of the websites and the corresponding G+ company page? ;
  • SeoWix: no. create all those four pages under one profile and let your staff mention it on their own profile at gplus.
