What is the solution by which i recover my all likes in my app store page?

  I am new in this community and i have one problem.....
  The problem is as below.....
  I have one App.
  There are above 650 g+ likes in my app store page cause of sharing & marketing......
  in 31st of January 2014 i see my app page is decreased and now it displays 49+ like count...
  and also my Google plus account is in limited access for 2 weeks...
  Now I have one Question?
  What is the solution by which i recover my all likes in my app store page.
  Have you any idea or suggestion  ;Then please give me suggestion via comment of this post.......

  SeoWix: because you are spamming on all over google plus. you got lot of flagged posts and now you need prove to google you are real and will not spam further in future.
