Does Google Crawl Webpages with Query Strings Instead of Permalinks?
The old website did not have a permalink structure. All urls looked similar to abc.c0m/?page_id=19 or abc.c0m/?page_id=21. Did Google even crawl those pages? Do I need to set up redirects to the new urls with permalinks? THANKS!

David Gossage: Yes it crawls parameters. Treats them the same as any other url unless instructed otherwise
Richard Hearne: Yes, you should set up redirects if URLs for your content changed.
Bill Hartzer: They can crawl any urls that they find. So first off, if you donâ€™t want them to crawl urls with query strings, then make sure your site isnâ€™t linking to them.
