Bing`s approach to mobile-friendly search

As you know, I reported on Bing`s mobile friendly slow rollout over the coming months a couple of weeks ago. They further stated that they would disclose up front how the rollout would occur and would be up-front about all information regarding the same.

However, you may have noticed that they already have mobile-friendly tags listed for some sites, and already did at the time I reported that information.
