Would this be considered duplicate content?

Question: I have been posting marketing reports for many years using the keyword for the area followed by the month or year of the report. Would this be considered duplicate content? e.g. XXXXXX Real Estate Marketing Report September 2018, etc. etc. If so, what to do about that. Thanks

Tim Capper: Not really because the content is different and the dates in title are different.

If you have been posting these for years, I would consider putting them into their own section on site and making it a resource section for users - make it the go to place for property reports in that area.
