Hi, I was invited here by my good G+ friend +Tim Capper and I have an SEO/Hangout Question...
I recently rebranded my local web design business and I am about to create my G+ Page, which I plan to do in the Local Category and Verify it so it appears in the Map etc.
What I want to do is create my G+ Local Page Live on a Google Hangout and optimise the Hangout so that appears in search after the event.
Hoping to use this exercise to teach people - 1: how to create a G+ Local Page 2: How to get a Hangout Video on page 1 of Google for your target keywords.
The aim of all this is to inspire more local business owners to use G+ and gain some extra Google Listings at the same time.
Does that make sense? Or is that just too dumb? :-)
I haven`t done a live Hangout Yet - +Tim Capper said I have to be careful that my Hangout Doesn`t go missing... so I thought I would ask the experts here...
Does it make sense to do this?
Are there any pitfalls I should be aware of?
Where`s the best place to go to learn about Hangouts & Hangouts SEO?
