What `system` do you recommend for pictures?

I am going to revamp my web pictures and have the option for title, alt title, caption, description as well as meta description.

As a contractor I have several hundred completed projects.

I was looking to do Kitchen l Chesterfield
but I have several kitchens in Chesterfield (as well as several projects in the same cities in the St. Louis Area.

My thoughts was project type and city would help with seo but I didn`t want to be redundant. Or does the redundancy not matter?

Any thoughts from the experts would be appreciated!?
