Dumb SEO Questions

The Colorful Style of Google SERP

Hi All,

I created the website 55isBetter( . )com that`s a real estate site that focuses on specific retirement communities.

I`m finding that when searching for one of our featured communities in Google the search terms do not always appear in BOLD in the Google results.  Here is an example...

When searching for the terms "Four Seasons Hemet" the first two organic results show those terms in bold.  However, my listing appears third and those same terms are not all in bold.  See image below...

Question 1:  Why don`t the terms highlighted in yellow below appear as BOLD in the Google search results?

Question 2:  What can I do to insure the search terms do appear in bold?

Question 3 (and most importantly): Is the fact that they don`t appear in bold hurting my ranking for this page?

I`d love to hear any advice.  Thank you!!!

  • Alan Renberger: Microformats may be related, see the article on this link.  ;It sheds some light.  ;If you tell gGoogle its a person or product it will treat it accordingly. ;

    There may be other reasons involving the placing of the words or the differing wordage but I would have to delve a bit further.
  • Alan Renberger: I also see the other sites are using Google Tag Manager, haven't reviewed this to see
    if affects
  • Tom Hebert: Thanks Alan.  ;I wasn't familiar with microformats and will investigate further.  ;It's strange to me that some of the terms appear in bold later on in the description, but not the terms that appear first.

    Thanks again.
