David Kutcher: Long and detailed testimonials posted via Google can be huge in adding additional search context. Encourage it!
Adam John Humphreys: I would give them accordion style expansion with a highlight encapsulated if one was so inclined to read more. I remember early days with one crazy client I had to code out over 20 pages of testimonials.
