Large file size

I`ve recorded a blog post and inserted the audio at the start using the audio block option in Guttenburg.The file is 30 Mb and I`m wondering if this will impact the SEO of the page either negatively because of a large file size, or positively by adding different media.Thanks in advance people!

Michael Martinez: Are you saying the 30Mb audio file automatically downloads as soon as someone lands on the page? That -MIGHT- have an impact on page performance. What does Google`s Page Speed Insights tool tell you?https://pagespeed.web.dev/
Tim Brownson: Michael Martinez 96 on desktop and 80 on mobile. I wouldn`t imagine that will cause any significant issues, would you?
