I`ve never known a reconsideration request to take this long, anyone else had this?

David Jones: A site of ours had its PR reduced and got an 'unnatural outbound' links penalty after the MyBloGuest Google penalty 2 months ago as we used a few guest posts from there in the past, I cleaned up as many of the links as I could find and submitted a reconsideration request and Google replied within 2 weeks saying we needed to do more clean up, so this time I nuked lots of links and submitted another reconsideration request with a full list of all the pages we'd removed links from, that was a month ago and still nothing back from them, Ive never known a reconsideration request to take this long, anyone else had this? ;
