I want to prove that my publish date is older than the copycats`

Not necessarily an SEO question, but I`m hoping someone here can help me out: I am facing a lot of plagiarism and I want to prove that my publish date is older than the copycats`. Is there a way to find out the publish date of a page if it`s not in the source code?
