How do i create a SEO Strategy for 100 different clients?

  Dave Elliott: Planning/research can all be the same, but the implementation is likely to be different! Some might need social media, some not, the link building might be different, you might have differences if some sites have internal search engines and blah blah blah

  Dan Vuksanovich: Wow... there could be a book written in answer to this question. At the highest level I'd say that SEO is a set of relatively simple concepts, but depending on the business to which you're applying those concepts, strategies and tactics will be very different. Product vs. service business? SEO implications to consider. Small vs. large business? SEO implications to consider. Unique vs. "me too" business? SEO implications to consider.
  
  And that's just the tip of the iceberg.
  
  About the only thing for sure I can say in answer to your question is that if you're making the exact same recommendations for all of your clients, something is probably not quite right.

  Ashish Ahuja: For me the basics is same but strategies need to be tweaked to each niche. You cannot apply the same strategies to local clients which you will apply to say global clients or clients from different demographic.
