Google Analytics factory reset

Hi Guys,
I am sure I have mucked up my Analytics somehow (probably when trying to filter out referral spam I seem to be plagued with) as I have no hits/sessions showing in reports yet I can see "real time" visitors. Is there a way of doing kind of a factory reset so everything would be as it was when I first set it up?
