  francesca bandini: What is the best tool to check rank in Google for the targeted keywords of a website?

  Dave Elliott: I really don't trust any of the cheap solutions i'm afraid. We use linkdex here which is amazing but not really usable for anything but big sites/agencies, tis expensive but great. Not helpful i know, but now i get updates when people suggest things!

  Suraj Gadage: +francesca bandini ;in our organization we use very expensive solution. ProRank Tracker (we track more than 55K keywords). However, for my pro bono clients I use RankTank.   Neeraj Pandey: For live ranking tracker I think most of the tools are expensive or the cheaper ones are not trustworthy. Second thing personally I think from 1 to 20th position is critical for every keyword ranking and the tool must give correct ranking for keywords if they are standing anywhere between 1 to 20 ( personally after that I don't have any issue to see a keyword is on 25th or 35th both bring no traffic) . so I think try to map your requirement and then as per your requirement go for the reasonable tool rather than going for too costly or cheap

  Madalen Ross: I've been using Wincher recently for a few sites. ; There's a free version for up to 1000 keywords. ; The Pro version gives more functions and isn't expensive at 6 euro/month.

  Jim Munro: My vote is for +SEMrush ; , it's set and forget and produces some neat reports. (SEMrush has been providing subscriptions to their toolset for our Panelists on Dumb SEO Questions for about a year now).
