Does a link without rel="author" qualify for authorship?

Somebody shared my poem posted in my blog with as a poem written by +Neeraj Kumar. Link on my name is without rel=author, does it qualify for #authorship *? As it doesn`t have link to blog or blogpost, will it serve as a *backlink to my blog??

Karol Soja: I think it will no qualify for autorship untill you don't add link to this blog in your "About me" section on Google+ profile
