Customer service numbers to Google

Few Questions:
While I am implementing this on my site, I stumbled upon few questions.
1) Can I include 2 customer care nos. ?
2) Is it required to implement this in it`s mobile site?
3) Where to put the code?
Customer care no. is present in Header and contact us page?
a) Both Header & Contact Us Page
b) Only Header
c) Only Contact Us page
d) Where ever the Customer care no. is displayed.
4) If we have same phone number in 2 or more different sites - will this have any negative impact on website - any penalty since we know the fate of review ratings being gamed by websites and google became selective to display it SERPs
I would like to know everyones views on this?
