How to set up targetted audience in Google Webmaster Tools if I have a site with two languages

Dear friends

I have a business situated in Athens Greece. My website is http://example.com and it has 2 language version (com/el for Greek, targeted locally) (.com/en for English, targeted globally)

When it comes to webmaster tools, how do i set this up? Where should the .com be targeted? Should i submit a sitemap for the Greek version only or for all 3 versions? Again,   what do i do with the .com?

Thank you all?

  • Tony McCreath: I beleive you can register each subfolder with GWT then set the target region.

You could then submit each regions sitemap to their respective accounts and track crawling seperately.
  • Nikos Manolios: Thank you +Tony McCreath ;.

What do i do with the main URL, the http://example.com? Should i ;redirect 301 to the .com/el (greek) version?
  • Tony McCreath: I think the 301 is a valid option.
