Custom HTML tag facility in GA

GTM question:

I am trying to get the following script to fire within GTM using the custom HTML tag facility in GA.

it is not firing..... i know the rule and container are fine so its definatly the tag. The tag is an adobe tracking pixel, do these two things not play nicely together or do i need to alter the tag in someway to get it to fire.

here is the tag(with some x`s everywhere obviously).
