  I'm not maligning Google's engineers, analysts or staffers. They are exceptional people and I am proud to know many of them.
  
  Google started out with laudable aspirations for a flat management structure and high-minded principles. These were the values that resonated with us.
  
  I think something went badly wrong, sometime after 2002. A management layer made up of Goldman Sachs alumni and other despicable types was inserted. I think that's when the rot began to set in.
  
  If you take the trouble to view this presentation, I don't think you'll be in any doubt either and, before you write this off as a conspiracy theory, consider that these are public domain statistics and that the European Union is taking legal action against Google for it's behaviour.
