Changing hosting and nameservers

When changing hosting and nameservers etc - and wanting to do a url speed check/comparison (with online testing sites etc) on the new hosting nameservers - is it possible (and how) to check to make sure the testing is on the new nameservers and not the `old` ones? or just a case of waiting 48/72 hours...

  • Alan Bleiweiss: To be safe, I`d wait a year. Oh hang on. That might be too long and entirely unnecessary!
  • Alan Bleiweiss: Seriously though, I just prefer to wait a couple days to ensure full propagation across the internet, because I can`t know if the testing tool is accessing the site through an Internet hub that has already been updated.
