Please suggest me..
NoFollow links on popular sites or high quality sites like Wikipedia, MOZ etc. are good for Ranking or SEO??

Blade S: Nofollow links don't pass link power, so they won't help your rankings, but they can bring you traffic and also help your link building profile by keeping a nofollow - dofollow ratio.

Having much more dofollow backlinks (built ones, not organic) than nofollow ones can make the search engines suspicious.
