Will google recognize my links as spam?

will google recognize my links as spam if links are repeated lots of times on several sites (but links are relevant and related to question)here is example i want to get some traffic for specific link and i build it 3-4 times on site. (relevant) will google bot think it`s spam or not?

Michael Martinez: If the links conform to a pattern that Google deems to be spammy they will probably be treated as spam links - most likely ignored.

If you`re worried about Google objecting to the links you build then it may be a better use of your time to develop content that earns links.
