How to avoid spammy violation reports

when building backlinks how to avoid spammy violation reports. I started building backlinks for a certain site on q & a site. All of them are relevant but I get message "your comments violate our policy don`t spam unless you will be banned". How to deal with it. How to avoid it?

    That is not `building backlinks` by the standard of any reputable SEO. That`s just the new flavour of blog comment spamming or forum post spamming. It is ineffective compared to any real link building method, it devalues useful websites, and it massively increases the odds of getting a manual penalty.
