Hey all. Iâ€™m just starting out in SEO. Landed a freelance account with a local historical hotel for GMB and visibility improvements. What are some the things youâ€™ve learned along your way that you wish you knew on your first gig?

Declan Clancy: Congrats on your first gig. Best piece of advice I can give particularly with a new client if they don`t really know much about SEO is that your communication with them is crucial. Build trust by sending monthly reports explaining the data and results in easy to understand language and tell them what work you have done and what you are going to do next. In your shoes I would probably do monthly calls with them to deliver this as you are building your reputation
