What is the best way to make my blogs rank on google?

what is the best way to make my blogs rank on google and generate traffic on them. i got two blogs from our content writer and have done their SEO but they are not ranking on google and aren`t generating much traffic.

Perry Bernard: If they are generating any traffic at all it means they are ranking. When did you publish these posts and what is the status of the rest of your site in terms of organic position?
Miley Bhatti: Perry Bernard I posted one in January and the other one in Feb. and my website is very new it recently got developed and I started working on it after 3 months. it didn`t have any backlinks or anything.
Perry Bernard: Miley Bhatti Organic rank and traffic typically take far longer than this, even if you did everything right. What evidence do you have that your posts deserve traffic, and what kinds of keywords do you believe they should rank for? The first issue is expectations. The second issue is time. The third issue is keywords. Maybe not in that order. But essentially I doubt you have been realistic.
Himanshu: What is the current position for those articles in the SERP? And, are the topics & keywords properly researched?
Christine Hansen: Also what promotion steps are done each time a new blog article is published? Hows the speed of the pages? What does GSC say?
