What could be solution for duplicate and long titles of article pages which are taken automatically in WordPress by yoast plugin.We can`t optimize particular page as there are 1 lakh pages.

Stockbridge Truslow: You can set the titles in Yoast to whatever you want. It just defaults to taking whatever title you gave the post and adding whatever you`ve configured to show up after it - usually your brand label.

That said... if the titles are the same but the articles aren`t the same, then logic and reality dictates that the titles don`t really match up with the articles correctly. Those articles might very well be two different parts of a larger concepts - and that`s great, but your title should indicate the differentiating factors.

I don`t really dare get a lot more deep into my answer here because it seems like you might need to do some reading on basic title optimization before you get too deep into the more advanced aspects of it. Search around Google for SEO titles or something along those lines and see what you can learn from them.
Michael Martinez: Disable the plugin. If the titles change that means you`ve set up some formula for your titles that isn`t correct.
