We have a stranger inside

What in the hell are the exclamation points?

They keep joining my community and if you go look on YouTube creators there hundreds of them and thousands of obvious fake accounts I ban them on my community. Who are they?

  • Jim Munro: +Masatake Wasa ;. :)
  • Masatake Wasa (wasaweb): In short: spammers. They seem to be created by a spam group who generates traffic to sites monetized with ads (usually AdSense) by posting pornographic images as click bait, and launder such traffic by multiple JavaScript or HTTP-EQUIV meta refresh redirects. It's been going for quite some time. Though Google seems finally better at catching them. I'm seeing fewer of those profiles recently.
