Tracking SEO Leads

How do i get to know where the leads are coming from? is it through adwords, seo or any other method? need to know about each specific lead not just the number of leads from each platform.

Adwords tells me how many conversions but which ones not. is there anything i can do to track seo leads as well?

any software? paid or free?
