I think it`s a penalty

I have questions.

If I go to Google Maps and search for pet sitters in st. petersburg my client site does not have a pin and they`re not mentioned but if I search google maps for the "Brand Name" they`re listed but there`s no pin or location there. but my client business is a verified business.. The only I can think of is a penalty? .. TIY.
