They republished my article in full

I do a tonne of outreach for link building and it works amazingly well.However, I`ve gotten 2 links where the respondent just republishes my article in full and leaves all the internal links (pointing to my site).Will this have any negative impact on my site at all?I`m not paying for the link and it`s just an exchange to benefit their readership.
