Is it safe to delete hidden pages?

I am moving from Wix to WP I have a bunch of hidden pages on the old Wix site that are not on the site map and that I no longer need.Is it safe to delete these pages and only focus on the pages that are on the site map and that are needed when moving the WP?

Pooya Dubash: If they were hidden I guess they never got indexed so yes it`s safe. But do install a 404 monitor plug-in just to be sure so you don`t miss out on any juice
Raajul Sharma: Permanent redirect 301 all the ones that show up in Google Webmasters, do not ignore them.
