Hi Everyone, please may I ask, everytime you load new content/URL`s to a website, do you need to regenerate the XML sitemap and then submit to Google Search Console?

Kathleen Gilbert: Hmmm how often do you create new content. I used to work for a website that did this once a week. However, I quickly changed that by installing a plugin that auto updated the site map. So when the site map was crawled all the new urls were in place.
Zachary Toto: It depends really. Not all content should be indexed, for example error pages, temporary pages (such as a contest), etc.
Kevin Carney: There are plugins that do this for you. Many of the common SEO plugins do.
Tamzin Janse van Vuuren: Thanks for the feedback above, however, I run multiple websites that aren`t all WordPress or other CMS`es. Some are custom HTML, some are Asp.net. They all have regularly updated content posted and after my initial sitmap generation and submission, I haven`t redone it, no matter how many times we have added or updated content?DOTNET.MICROSOFT.COMASP.NET | Open-source web framework for .NETASP.NET | Open-source web framework for .NET
Karen Louise: I should know the answer to this... but I`m not sure. I thought that when you submit a site map, those are the pages that Google crawls indefinitely and that you only need to submit new pages for Google to index when you publish them to the web?
Karen Louise: Ok so it seems I`m right? https://developers.google.com/.../large-site-managing...DEVELOPERS.GOOGLE.COMLarge site owner`s guide to managing your crawl budgetLarge site owner`s guide to managing your crawl budget
