Silo structuring and better inter-linking

Hey, thanks for creating this awesome group. I have a few of questions actually. 1. I have a website with sub navigation pages. However, the parent navigation for the ones with sub pages is not clickable. I just put no-index on em. But now the URL structure is like three tier. Does that matter for SEO? 2. I`m trying to learn silo structuring, and better inter-linking. On the website mentioned above. Should my sub pages be pages, or posts for siloing? Currently my sub-pages are pages. Does it matter as long as the pages are inter-linking properly? 3. Does silo structuring really even matter much for SEO?
