Should we create backlinks by using a different browser?

Actually, I want to ask that should we create backlinks by using a different browser than Google so google won`t be able to detect same backlinking strategies or IP addresses??And should we create backlinks on anchor text having our exact keywords or should we use some different relevant keywords and backlinks on domain name like a mixture of them

Ayesha Ali: I`m not asking about any blackhat technique. Just want to know that should we create backlinks on our exact keyword as anchor text or we can create links on relevant keywords or our domain name??
