  Richard Hearne: If you`re logged into your google account you should be able to visit https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/home?hl=en (old GSC). You might just need to clear your cookies or start in incognito mode to begin a fresh cookieless session.

  Michael Martinez: 301 redirects should be fine. I`ve used them to move sites for years. Never had a problem.

  Dahlian R. Lamy: Fariss, if you used the DOMAIN option when adding the website property to GSC, the ability to submit a change of address may not be unavailable.
  
  You will need to submit your website properties using the URL Prefix method and then do the Change of Address.
