Picking a URL for a simple Google My Business site

Picking a URL for a simple Google My Business site for a vacation rental property. Let`s say the destination area it`s in is called Nantucket. Will nantucketvacation.com be better for SEO than nantucketlodge.com, since both nantucket and vacation will be common search keywords? Or better to stick with the branding it was using? It was previously nantucketlodge.com but that lapsed, so it`s just a generic .site url now. Site had 32k views last quarter, 9k viewed listing on search, 23k viewed listing on maps. Not sure if changing the URL from what it previously was will have any ill effect that outweighs a more common keyword in the new URL .

Michael Stricker: Nantucketlodge.com is OK if the price to restore the domain name is right. Exact-match domain names are notoriously minor factors, and yet, because they are controllable and applicable to every page, worth having. Vacations often include much more than lodging, therefore that nantucketvacation.com may reside in a much more competitive topic area.

Devendra Pandey: Having exact match domain name may not have huge difference here. You can perform a keyword search in google for your targeted keywords. I think you will find multiple websites which may not have EMD. While changing the url in your GMB May(not necessary)have little temporary effect in reaches and views. However with some SEO efforts with suitable keywords that can be overcome in sometime. Since itâ€™s local business, it should be easier to overcome this issue..
