  I have a website and for that i hired a seo expert and he was doing well enough to bring my website on #1 page for around 10 keywords . we were almost in between of #5th to 10th page for all keywords but suddenly penguin 3.0 hit my website and all my keywords went back ( 2-3 keywords around 30-34 th page and some between 13th to 19th pages . ;
  and they are still moving back and forth +2 / -2 pages everyday. ;
  
  My question is : how  ;can i get my ranking back to previous stage  ;and does it worth to make more good back links and doing seo . ;
  
  some people say that you need to start everything new. but it is not possible for me because of not having much financial support . ;
  
  i have already invested a lot of my savings.
  
  Please suggest me best strategy to get my eCommerce business back on track with least possible time ;

  Tony McCreath: With Penguin you will have to remove or disavow all those links your SEO made. Then wait till the next refresh which is currently rumored to be early next year.
  
  A few tips:
  
  Avoid taking product descriptions from other websites or the manufacturer.
  
  Format the descriptions so they are more readable.
  
  Add a privacy policy.
  
  Your one blog post is not very readable and looks spun.
  
  Nice to see you provide free shipping to Australia! Have you thought about that?
  
  If you send people to PayPal then explain what you're about to do first. Many people don't know paypal or have an account. They will be lost.
  
  Your secure website is failing at being secure. You need to fix some things so you get the green lock.

  All of my descriptions are manually written. but i have copied my website description to ebay , artfire etc  ; , is this effects my website seo reputation in google's eyes ?? ;

  Regarding blog : I was not interested to put a blog but i read some websites and they suggest to have a blog with your ecommerce website boosts traffic.. ( i dont know if it really works) ;
  
  and as my website says free shipping worldwide and of course it includes Australia too  ;

  A tip if your syndicating your descriptions. Wait a few days after it's on the website to make sure your website is discovered first and has a better chance of being classed as the creator. Or have one description for syndication and another for the website.
  
  Free shipping worldwide. Now that is good. Local businesses here can't even offer free shipping to rural Australia. I'd make it a lot clearer. Many people in Australia assume they can't buy things from .com websites showing US prices. I'm sure most of the world is like that.
  
  Maybe get a few friends to go through the checkout process and tell you where they struggle. Tell them to be honest. You may find it's worth getting a full payment gateway so people can buy on the website and trust you more.
  
  Privacy Policy may be a trust signal Google uses for ecommerce websites. It's also required for some forms of online advertising that use cookies.
  
  Drop the blog if you're not going to make it active with top quality posts. I'd go more for writing helpful articles related to your products and integrate them into the main website. Help people in the buying process so they feel more comfortable with the purchase: Will the bag be the right size, is the strap long enough, will my stuff fit in, how do I look after my leather bag, will it work as carry-on, will it make me look gay....

  Greg Baka: +Lohit Malviya - If you can't afford to wait a year for Penguin to be refreshed and your site to show up in the top pages of the results, you may need to pick a new URL and move your content.
  
  And it would be good to say something at the top of each page about where you are located and what countries you provide inexpensive shipping to...

  Jim Munro: I couldn't answer because I didn't want to be the one to give you the bad news. If you are certain it's Penguin then I would not wait for the next iteration. I would buy a new domain now but I'm not sure that I agree with Greg re: the same content. I think it would be safer to re-organise your content and even use a different naming convention for the url structure. However, I am not an expert so I would not follow me blindly. That's just what I would do.
