Dave Elliott: we use clicktale, crazy egg or session cam generally. none of them are free though.
Jim Munro: +Andy Wigglesworth ;let me try Crazy Egg so I don't know what it costs but the insights are valuable.
Dave Elliott: had a look through annie cushing's awesome list of useful stuff and she reccomends ;https://www.attentionwizard.com/ never used but she is on the ball normally.
