In google Webmaster , there are 4 duplicate short meta description and there is no crawling error, website is mobile friendly also . There is no duplicate content exisit. website is also https but pending https in blog section Why my website is not perform well in all pages of keyword in google.co.uk. Kindly assist me?

  More than 1500 backlinks are there pointing to your website and most of them are directory link and that too spam directories. You need to remove all those spam links because it just increase the backlinks count and does no good for your site. Work on Meta tags of your site. Write catchy and creative title which not primarily serves the search engines but your target market. you need to perform wide competitors analysis and web analysis of yours and compare to know why your competitors are doing good and which are sections you should also perform.
  
  The distribution of keywords in the content too is weird and you need to work on each of your page. Write content for your user and make use of LSI keywords. Plus you are using the traditional way of anchor text linking. Nowadays anchor text linking is more click oriented rather than keyword oriented and has meaning. ;
