Jim Munro: Mate, you have a great site but it is needlessly translated in twenty languages with no hreflang in sight, all pages say it is supposed to be en us.
You have every page canonicalised to the home page. I reckon if you take that off or canonicalise every page to itself your site might rebound.

Pawan Pawar: +Jim Munro ;Thanks for the advise, we have already removed the translator and ;canonical to homepage, let me know if any thing else on the website, in the past we had manual penalty applied and now it isnt there, we have tried to remove all the un-natural links, we did manage to remove few and rest were disavowed, but there was no improvement on SERPS. ;
