  Juchel De Leon: Between On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO, which do you think will help a website gain online success? Both have strengths and have already proven to be effective, and we may agree that these two works together. But if you were to choose one, which do you think has the larger contribution in a website’s success?

  Engr. Mansoor Mirza: Depends on keyword competition... For Low competition proper on page SEO can rank you.... No need of off page SEO... But for a keyword having high competition you need on page and off page as well...

  Suraj Gadage: +Juchel De Leon ;Your SEO strategy should be a perfect blend of both On-page and Off-page SEO. I don't want to state the stats here to show the % importance of On-page and Off- page because both of them have their own importance.
  
  Having said that  ;if you ask me to choose one then it would depend case to case. Let me give you an example here. If you are doing SEO for a client where industry competition is very low, then just adding relevant content and optimizing for targeted keywords should help you see the results. However, to maintain the same SEO results in a very competitive industry you will have to do off-page SEO activities as well.
