Local listings with false name

Local listings with false name
I feel cheated finding such local business listings, mainly by Internet Marketing Agencies. Can Google not see these are not real business name?
Or should I try to list my business the same way? Is this legitimate way?

M Hookem: If it's your business as an SEO company and you have a website to go with it added together with whatever else you do on the internet that is related to your business and your website, you should be able to knock these listings down.
