Google Plus post have domain authority and page authority. Do links from these have any SEO benefit?

    However, if you prefer the longer answer:
    Then try to look into the source code of every Gplus post, you would notice that Google automatically injects a "nofollow" attribute for EVERY and ANY link a user inserts in any part of Googleplus (post, profile, photos, etc). ;

    And yet the links from Gplus does have other benefits. So don't despair.  ;:) ;
