  You know when you play poker? There's a popular saying that you should look around to see if you can spot a mug and if you can't see one, then you are the mug. That's usually me but from that point, if you want to survive, you must look for "tells" and I think I may have just spotted one from Matt Cutts.
  
  After Matt makes the statement at 39:17 in this clip recorded today, he forces his lips closed. Maybe so that he cannot say any more? I'll let you be the judge but it seems to me that he might be uncomfortable with the statement.
  
  It's a shame that we probably won't get a chance again to use that information, if that is what it is. :)

  Jim Munro: I don't think this is about a pitch for more money. Considering both the events leading up to this and what we know of the Negative SEO issue, I think he has reached a point in his life where he can no longer apologise for the indefensible. If that's the case, then good on him.
