Dumb SEO Questions

I have an issue with AWR (Advanced Web Ranking) any ideas?

Anyone have experience with AWR? Have an issue I need help with: I have just opened up AWR and updated one of my projects, but the keyword rank only shows a selection of the top ten results (different number for each keyword) and none of my current rankings for the site I`m tracking. Any ideas?

  • Brent Wildman: If you are in the actual "Rankings" tab then go up to to the top and check your filters. It should have a check mark next to all items.
  • Maggie Majstrova: Thanks +Brent Wildman ;seems like I am displaying all items though. Any other ideas?
  • Brent Wildman: Hmmm... are your keywords in separate categories? It might be displaying only one category.
  • Maggie Majstrova: nope, all the same category. I feel like it's maybe not connecting properly, but it does get some results, so maybe it's just a setting of some sort?
  • Brent Wildman: also check and make sure your IP address (or proxies if you use them) are not being flagged by Google. If they are then you will have incomplete data as the "flagged" keywords will not be updated.
  • Maggie Majstrova: thanks for that, might be an idea! what's the best way to check that?
  • Brent Wildman: Click "Last Update" Right above the clock and update button in the sidebar and it will show you the status of your last update and if there were any errors.
  • Maggie Majstrova: Thanks +Brent Wildman ;- unfortunately, no errors logged. Would probably be much easier if +Advanced Web Ranking ;had a support line, but unfortunately, haven't been able to reach them even if it says their lines are open...!
  • Brent Wildman: No problem +Maggie Majstrova, wish I could have been of more help. If it's not one thing it's another!
  • Maggie Majstrova: Definitely +Brent Wildman ; - I'm sure it will be some sort of silly setting I have a little wrong somewhere! Hopefully, I'll be able to get to the bottom of this soon...!
