Nagaraj Gouda: How can we get as per the screenshot marked in GREEN??
Dave Elliott: There is no genuine way. However, if you have decent navigational structure on your site and have linked it to webmaster tools and submitted a sitemap etc. then Google should eventually work it out.
Rajeshwar Reddy: I will add breadcrumb navigation on the site to the list factors Dave gave above.
Toni Anicic: You can only get those if you're a vital result for they query. This is usually the well known company name and EMD (exact match domain) match query in case where there's no doubt that most of the user's searchign for the query had an intent on actually visiting that website (cannot happen with EMDs and queries that have a lot of different possible search intents behind them).
promoz seo: This is called sitelinks. If you search with a business name (branded search) on Google then you will get normal site list with additional sitelinks of important internal pages, provided the business website has not been penalized by any algorithm updates or manual penalties. Otherwise sitelinks can be displayed on keyword search as well (but very rare), if a site has huge authority on any particular niche with good internal link structure (breadcrumbs with Silo structure can be used) and has a good reputation on the market with a good brand value (age) then that site can show sitelinks on SERP for related keyword searches. Sitelinks for keyword search can't be controlled (automated process by Google algorithm itself) but unimportant sitelinks can be demoted from Google Webmaster Tool for both branded and keyword search.
