Helping Google to recognize back links to my sites

Hello Everyone, I had a few back links added recently (30 days ago) but it would seem they might not be indexed yet by Google based on the linking tool I use or on Google search console under indexed links to my site. So, could it be the the case after all this time my sites are not getting the juice from these back links? And, if so, what can I do to help Google recognize these back links to my sites? Thank you.

Adam Durrant: Link tools and GSC will give you an overview. But they are not reflective of Google search. Google tends to be able to crawl the entire web in 1-2 months. Don`t concentrate on the power of a few links, concentrate on making more ðŸ‘
