Has anyone seen an increase in SERPs by using Google Plus?

Question: Has anyone seen an increase in SERPs by using Google Plus? I`ve been reading that it will have an affect on the rankings but is this for the google+ account or does it help your website?

Any ideas would be appreciated

Jim Munro: I don`t think there`s any evidence to support the idea that it`s good for your website but G+ can be useful for social traffic if your posts are good enough/seen by the right audience.

It may be that it wasnâ€™t explained very well but I believe it may be that if you post via google+ then it may rank in the news pages - thatâ€™s the idea Iâ€™m getting.Appreciate the response - thanks
Jim Munro: I don`t think it would be hard to find people willing to specifically rule that out as a possibility. I`m guessing the podcasts might have had a clickbait title. :)
