Google+ Business Pages.

Hello everyone! I don`t know if this is the right place to ask for help but i am a little confused (actually too confused) with the status of my company`s Google+ page. We have three pages for the same business and i am wondering which one to keep and how to get an up and running page verified while there`s already a vacant page verified on Google Places for almost same address.
